PURE BLOWOUT AND COLOR BAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS / MEMBERSHIP / CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Failure to show up for appointments will result in being charged the full service or partial amount.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
Upon purchasing the membership, the customer agrees to the MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS and authorizes Pure Blowout to charge their credit card monthly for all applicable fees and taxes. Memberships are non-transferable and intended for the sole use of the member. Unused Blowouts will roll over to the following month and expire after 90 days from the accrued date. Unused add-ons, hair cuts etc do not carry over from month-to-month.
Members cannot redeem unused blowouts, add-ons, or discounts for cash or store credit. Refunds are not available for any unused benefits upon cancellation or at any time during membership.
Fees are due on the first day of each month for that month’s member benefits. Pure reserves the right to attempt collection of overdue payments throughout the month until full payment is received. All fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION & FREEZE POLICY
To cancel, members must provide a 7-day notice prior to the next billing cycle. All entitlements and benefits terminate immediately upon membership cancellation.
To retain accumulated benefits, members may choose to freeze their membership instead of canceling, subject to a $10.00 - $20.00 monthly maintenance charge due on the first day of each month. During the frozen period, members can continue to use accrued benefits but will not accumulate additional benefits.
MISCELLANEOUS
Pure Blowout reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, increase the monthly fee, or implement additional rules, regulations, policies, or procedures with or without prior written/electronic notice.
Pure Blowout reserves the right to terminate a membership in the event of failed payment or inappropriate conduct by the member.
EXTENSION POLICY
We are pleased to offer our services to clients with extensions. However, Pure Blowout and Color Bar cannot be held responsible for extensions that become loose or damaged during washing or blowouts. We understand that extensions are both costly and delicate, and we will handle them with the utmost care. Nonetheless, we cannot assume responsibility for any extensions that come out or sustain damage during our services.
